Counselling sessions provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can be heard and understood by a trained professional who deeply respects your individuality, and has the skills to help you to find clarity and healing around the issues in your life.
Massage is an ancient practice using oils and touch. As well as having many other health benefits, massage therapy is often used to bring about relief from pain or tiredness in the muscles, or to help stress and anxiety by inducing a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy that uses light pressure through the therapists hands to stimulate specific energy points on the feet. This process brings about healing, and a restored sense of balance and well-being to the body and mind. Reflexology is very effective for a wide range of conditions, particuarly I have found, for insomnia and stress related conditions.
I have been a practising therapist in Chichester and Bognor Regis in West Sussex, for the past 10 years. I originally studied Reflexology and Massage, soon afterwards through wanting to increase and deepen my therapeutic skills and understanding, I trained as a Counsellor to a degree level. I am deeply passionate about using natural ways to assist healing and growth and have a wealth of skills and experience to bring to each individual. I have sucessfully worked with a wide variety of circumstances and conditions, and specialise in treating stress, depression, anxiety and their related ailments.
I offer appiontments at the following locations:Chichester-Counselling, Massage Therapies and Reflexology. My peaceful treatment room here is located at the Chichester Holistic centre in Forum House, Stirling road. This is conveniently situated by the market car park at the end of East street. This is also very accessible by foot from the train station, and the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Chichester is within easy reach of many of the West Sussex villages as well as its neighbouring towns of Midhurst, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Littlehampton.
Bognor Regis-Massage therapy, Counselling and Reflexology. My therapy space here is tranquilly located in the small seaside village of Elmer which is set on the pretty West Sussex coastline, 3 miles outside of Bognor Regis. Parking is easy here and there are regular buses from Bognor Regis, Chichester and Littlehampton. The beach is only a two minute walk away from my treatment room here.
